Is it required to buy the premium extension to buy the Custom Design extension?

  When I want to buy the Custom Design extension, the site redirects me on the page of the evolutions of the site. Is it posible to buy only the Custom Design extension without the premium extension?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not if you’ve only recently signed up to WordPress. For new users there is a bundle option called the premium plan which you will need to get if you want any of the individual upgrades it includes.

  Your account is one week old – that means you are now subject to the Cable TV Pricing & Up-Sell bundle pricing – the CSS only used to be $30.- / year – for you it is now I think $90-/ or $99.- / year (sorry my older account does not show your pricing – ) – but yes you now need to buy a bunch of things you don’t need – like space upgrade – Sorry but that is the new WordPress.COM pricing

  Many of us lobbied against the new pricing and we lost – a lot of people are not happy with the pricing now

  Thanks for replying!
  I thought well that I had to pay … I think that this new functioning is not good either!
  I am French thus it returns me to €80 a year, what makes approximately $100. I am not a professional so I am not going to pay this amount a year.
  It’s a pity that we cannot buy only one extension!
