Is it safe to have your own domain on here even with privacy protection enabled?

  I want to use my domain that came with my plan upgrade, but don’t want people to be able to see my name, address, etc on any whois lookup site. How do i know that my information isn’t connected to the domain for sure? Also what if someone wanted to find a way around the privacy protection or whois lookup system?

  Hi!

  When you are registering a domain with WordPress.com, it offers free privacy registration too alongside. Unless you explicitly remove that during the checkout process, your domain is bound to domain privacy and your information will be masked on the whois database.
