I have been fuming trying to login for some reason doesn’t except it on my laptop. I can login with the same password on my iPad, yet on my laptop I cannot. It’s very frustrating help me as soon as possible please!

Looking at the DNS for shpaid.com, it looks like this is a standalone installation of the WordPress.org software, not a hosted site at WordPress.com. (See https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.) This forum is for support for WordPress.com hosted sites.
I would recommend that you either contact your hosting provider (Hostgator) for support/assistance or check out https://wordpress.org/support for support from the WordPress.org team and community.

What @melancholia mentioned is correct — you purchased the domain and hosting through HostGator. This means the site was created with self hosted WordPress.org software.
The Jetpack plugin creates a connection between the site and your WordPress.com account but you haven’t purchased any paid upgrades through us. Therefore, I recommend contacting HostGator customer support or posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice.
