Is mapping of a custom domain to wordpress free? Or I need to pay

  I am a blogger with Google blogger and now wish to change to worpress. I have created a blog here and want to use my former custom domain name I was using with blogger (thehealtia.com). I have requested my domain registrar to update the WordPress DNS name which I got from WordPress. My question now is after the dns have been propageted will my site change from thehealtia.wordpress.com to thehealtia.com or I need to pay WordPress. Thank you.
