Is meta title and description feature provided in premium wordpress plan?

  I have a premium wordpress plan. But I am not able to find the plug-in options in the admin page where I can feed meta title and description for promoting my post.

  Does wordpress provide these features in its premium plan? If yes, then how can I configure it on my blog.

  No.

  Plugins are for WordPress.ORG blogs only. For a Wp.org blog you can expect to pay $120 a year minimum in hosting charges.

  It sounds like the SEO advice you’re reading is outdated. Our blogs here have more built in SEO than any external blog I’ve ever seen. You cannot do better than this in terms of search engine visibility.

  Raincoaster is right. You don’t have to worry about On Page SEO that much. I think you have not configured your blog accordingly, that is why you cannot see the custom title and description options.
  Note that in Post Editor, you have to view screen options and then check the box saying ‘Excerpt’. This will enable you to add custom excerpts or descriptions for your posts.
