Is multiple log-ins a possibility?

    I am a high school teacher and my Business students and I are thinking about creating a new webpage for our local community. There would be the main page for our county, and then multiple pages for each of the towns that exist in our county. Our hopes are to create the pages for all the businesses, organizations, etc. and then teach them how to keep their own page updated. If we set all the pages up under our main county website (they have their own domain), is it possible to have multiple people logging in based on the page they are responsible for ? Or would we have to create one username and password and teach everybody how to find their page and edit it in the Dashboard?
