Hi there, your site hasn’t been launched yet. :)
You can launch your site from https://wordpress.com/settings/general/singlething.music.blog
And for more details on that, please see https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site
-
How is that possible? I’ve been posting on it for a few years and other people can see it.
No that’s not my website. It’s not about music.

Oh, sorry, that’s the other site on your account, my mistake. I meant https://wordpress.com/settings/general/emkersven.wordpress.com
That’s the site under your account you listed in your support request, and it’s showing as Coming Soon: https://emkersven.wordpress.com/
Launching it will remove that, but I’m interested in what you mention about posting for years, as the only WordPress.com sites under your account are https://emkersven.wordpress.com/ and https://singlething.music.blog/ and both only have the introductory demo posts.
Were you perhaps referring to a different site? If so, if you let us know the URL, we should be able to help or at least direct you to the folks who can.

Ah, ok, http://emilykerlin.com is not hosted with WordPress.com; it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
So, you’ll log in to it through http://emilykerlin.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Now, with all that said, I do see a big “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” error there.
If there’s nothing in your email inbox, WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
And, once that’s all fixed, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
