Is my blog accessible to non-WordPress people?

(1) Do free WordPress blogs appear in Google search results? (2) apart from Facebook or some other social media network, how I can get non-WordPress users to view my blog. (3) How do I send a link, via email, to someone so they can click on the link and go directly to my blog?

It takes time and effort to build a collection of unique content, to promote it, and to attract followers. It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL.
