  After clicking “publish..how can I confirm that my blog is out there (available to the web) and my included amazon links are working? Please respond to this by this Forum.. or 620-290-7868 or (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thanks, BJScherr

  When pressing Publish, there glows a message over the post-title like : ‘Post Published, view post.’ Click on view post to see whether your links are working or not.

  As you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog forget about advertising and affiliate links as posting them will get your blog suspended. They are a breach of the ToS. You need to read these entries in the support documentation carefully:
