Is my domain locked?

  I see our website is on the WordPress Starter plan. I see the DNS records on whois is WordPress and I see that it is registered with Automattic.com. But when I sign into wordpress.com and check for domains, it is greyed out. I can also click on DNS records and start the process to add a record but it doesn’t save.
  So, how can I change our DNS records if I can’t get to our domain?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The domain is registered with us at WordPress.com, but it isn’t on the account you’re logged into. To access the domain and its DNS records, you’ll need to log into the correct WordPress.com account you used to register the domain.
