is my domain still active

  Hi,

  I’d like to know if my domain is still active or not. I did receive a renewal notification on June 30, but I failed to follow up. now I can’t seem to find the way to get it back. anyone could help me with this? thanks

  What is the domain, please? We can’t check on it if we don’t know what it is, and you don’t have any domain upgrades in this account.

  Hi @happinessism , thanks for your patience. The domain is in redemption right now. We can try to get it back for you, but the registrar charges an extra $80 fee in addition to the cost of the domain.

  I’ll get in touch via email with details and an invoice link if you’d like to go that route.

  @happinessism can you check all of your email accounts? I can’t give out the address on file with the correct account, but I can email it, and I have done that.
