Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but with mediatemple.com. That means your site’s files are not on our servers, and we don’t have access to or control over your site. Your Jetpack plugin allows you to manage your site via your WordPress.com account, but it does not give us access to your dashboard or any other part of your site.
If you’re unable to edit your site from WordPress.com it means something might be wrong with the Jetpack plugin on your site. You need to log into your WP-Admin dashboard directly and reconnect/reinstall Jetpack to fix that. As we don’t have access to your dashboard we can’t help you with that, so you need to contact mediatemple.com’s support should you need help with that, or you’ll need to post in the WordPress.org forums to ask for help.
I am not able to log in to my wordPress.org account
The only thing a WordPress.org account allows you to do is post in the WordPress.org forums. WordPress.org is not a web host, so none of your site’s files are there either. You don’t need a WordPress.org account to have a self-hosted WordPress.org site, so the reason you can’t log in there is most likely because you’ve never signed up for an account there.
