  I want to know if my profile picture can be downloaded by anyone viewing my blog. Please reply at the earliest. Thank you.

  Yes, it can be downloaded by anyone viewing your blog. Your profile picture on your site is your Gravatar picture which you can change at the following link – https://en.gravatar.com/

  Just one addition I forgot to add to my reply:

  Almost every picture on the web can be downloaded, I am not sure how would you like to secure it. All the pictures from my blog for instance are also downloadable.
