Is my Sidebar Categories Widget Working Right?

  Hi WP Staff,
  I am using the Twenty Sixteen template. The categories widget in the sidebar shows all top level and child categories in its listing. Is this the proper behavior for this widget?

  I only want to show the parent level categories or at least have them show in their parent-child hierarchy vs. all on the same level alphabetized.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, to display the categories in hierarchy, you can select the option ‘Show hierarchy’ when you’re placing the widget in the sidebar.
