  Hello, Please advise if our mentioned website is currently active? When I try to visit my site via google chrome it does not want to load.

  Thanks for the help. However, if I want to visit the site by going to http://www.organo-group.co.za it does not want to open the site. Do you perhaps know why?

  Hi there!

  I can see that your domain is still pointing to the WordPress.com nameservers, but you don’t have any active subscriptions (a paid plan with domain mapping) which is why the domain doesn’t load your site. Can you confirm if the site at https://organogroup807626807.wordpress.com/ is the correct site? It’s just that the domain is not working?

  If yes, then you need to do the following:

  1. Upgrade the WordPress.com site to a paid plan. You previously had the WordPress.com Premium plan on this site. To upgrade, go to https://wordpress.com/plans/organogroup807626807.wordpress.com
  2. Add a domain mapping for organo-group.co.za by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
  3. Finally, make your custom domain primary by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  Once the steps above are completed, your domain will start loading your WordPress.com site again.
