Is my site recoverable?

  I have a website for my business since 2010.. I recently changed web designers and he passed away. Is there ANY way to copy the site and transfer it over? I own the domain and the business but I do not have any of the username or logins since he changed them. Please let me know if there is any way around this. I spent ALOT of money on my site and I cannot afford to lose it.
  So we are clear, the site is up but I cannot edit it or sign in.

  Oh, I just realized too the site you listed is not hosted here. In a case like that, you’d contact the host for help with one of these options:
