Is my site responsive or do I need to create a mobile website?

I need to know if this website I created is a responsive website that adjusts to any device or do I need to create something to make it mobile friendly? I want to do another website that definitely needs to be mobile friendly and not sure if this is the same type of website I should use or not? Also, I am looking for something like a us map to be placed on the website with the ability to click on states, then cities, etc. to reach the final information that will be in a type of directory format…is this something that is available here or do I need to use wordpress.org for that? And finally, do I have the ability to create an email that is connected to this website or no? For example, instead of using @charter.net, can I use say (email visible only to moderators and staff) or something and if so, how do I go about that? THANK YOU!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. It looks like your blog is indeed responsive. If you’re not happy with what your site looks like on a mobile device, you can “Enable mobile theme” on this page: https://jlwadeconstruction.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options

And you can find out more about mobile themes here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/mobile-themes/

As for the map, I’m not aware of any interactive maps like that here on WordPress.com. Your best bet would be to look at the widgets available and see if any of them are what you’re looking for.

And you can find out more about custom email addresses on WP.com here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/

    Thanks,
    Tom

Thank you for the help. Do all themes have the same widgets available or should I be looking at that when I choose a theme? And if I “enable mobile theme” will that change the look of my actual website when using a computer?

No. The mobile theme will only be used when the site is being accessed by a mobile device.

As far as I’m aware, all widgets are compatible with all themes here on WP.com. Some themes just have sidebars in different places to others and different page layouts.

    Thanks,
    Tom
