is my website live?

  Since this is public, I find it hard to describe my problem as it involves a third party. But I need some info in order to handle a bad situation–in which WordPress itself has no direct involvement. Yesterday I was able to use the Support Live Chat feature. How can I access it today? Also my blog URL doesn’t show my domain name. Is there a reason?

  Live chat is only available during certain hours of the day as we aren’t able to staff it 24/7 quite yet. I’m happy to move this to private email if you have more questions that Dustin wasn’t able to help with.
