  Hi. We have heard from a lot of users that they are receiving a pop-up for a walmart or Amazon gift card, and are unable to view any of the pages. How do we fix this??? http://Www.titaniumtwirlers.com / titaniumtwirlers.wordpress.com

  Hi titaniumtwirlers,

  Thanks for reporting this! I’ll be happy to look into it for you and it would be great if you could send the following information:

  1. Which device and browser are people using when the ad appears?
  2. The exact URL of the page/post that showed the ad.
  3. Their IP address (they can find this on supportdetails.com).
  4. A screenshot of the ad (this can be uploaded to your Media Library).
  5. The URL you are directed to.

  For what it’s worth, I’m not seeing any pop-up ads when visiting your site on my computer or mobile phone, which suggests this isn’t happening for every site visitor.

  Once I know more, I’ll pass this information on to our ads team.
