is playing a short video on the upper side of a theme possible?

  I would like to add an MJPEG file of 20 seconds or so to my pages as part of the appearance in the upper side of each page.

  System allows me to upload pictures to the upper side. Can I also add an MJPEG file there? How can I do this?

  Hey there!

  I’m sorry, but your current theme, Twenty Eleven, won’t allow you to add a video in the area designated for your header.

  If this feature is important to you, the premium theme Swell displays video in the header:

  And the free theme, Sundance, will play video at the top of your page:
  http://sundancedemo.wordpress.com/
