is possible to embed odysse video?

    I already follow and read this, nevertheless I was wondering if it possible to embed a video from odysee.com considering than it shows up and plays in the WP editor as preview too. But, it wont show up on when testing outside the editor. Sorry, i’m slightly confused and not very knowledgable of WP.

    Hi there, that bug report is from WordPress core, which relates to self-hosted WordPress sites that use the free open-source WordPress software. This is what you would use on sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

    On WordPress.com we’re different and use a special managed version of WordPress, so that bug report would not apply here since we do not have that kind of functionality installed here.

    To clarify, on WordPress.com we do not permit certain kinds of code for platform security reasons, so you may see the embed working in the private editor view, but on the public-facing page the code will not render. To get around this you can consider upgrading to our Business Plan, which will allow you to use pretty much any embed code you wish. If it’s working in the editor view, by upgrading to the Business Plan you can also make it work on the live page

    If cost is an issue you can also consider migrating from WordPress.com to another provider. If you are looking for a good web host for your self-hosted site, we recommend the following providers, who all offer easy-to-use wizards to help you get your first WordPress site set up and running:

    That said, most major web hosting providers will work, so you can just ask if the one you are interested in supports WordPress. Once you have a self-hosted WordPress site set up with another provider, you can export your contents here and import them there to move your site.
