  I want to have all twitter mentions on a post as comments. It’s possible?

  I’m sorry, that’s not possible on WordPress.com. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
