Is posting of Japanese Manga Scanlations allowed in wordpress?

  Since Blogspot and Livejournal have already suspended his entries containing the scanlations, with Blogspot having been directly given a DMCA notice instead of the blogger to take down the entries, I was wondering if wordpress is a bit more linnient on these matters since this is a clear issue of copyright infringement.

  No, it’s not. They just haven’t received a DMCA yet, it would seem. You could report him if you wanted.
