Is Private WHOIS included in the Upgrade Bundle Package?

I need to know if the bundle package includes private WHOIS

The Bundle only says Domain Registration and Domain Mapping, so I do not believe private WHOIS registration is included in the bundle. Private registration is another USD8. See the bottom of the Support doc here http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/#i-want-to-get-a-domain
However, I have tagged this for Staff as well to request a definitive reply.
