Is sandbox 1.6.1 dropdown menu also javascript driven?
-
Hi,
Looking at the CSS for the sandbox 1.6.1 navigation menu I see it is not as I usually find it in CSS dropdown/flyout menus. The idea in pure CSS (as I know it) is to declare display:none on the submenus and use :hover on their parents in order to let them appear when needed.
But the sandbox method seems different. I actually can’t understand what hides the submenu from scratch and what makes it appear. Unless there is javascript doing the hiding/unhiding.
Is that what it is?

sorry, I spoke too soon… it is the
div#menu ul li:hover ul {
left:auto;
}
that makes it appear… but what hides the submenu at the beginning…? -
god… I must be high or something… I found it… never mind this confused thread… keep on going…
