Is site down? I'm unable to access dashboard?

  Is anyone having issues with accessing their site dashboard? I’m also having issues with my image description not displaying on mobile devices (iPad & phone). Can anyone assist? I just noticed that the help forum docs are not loading on wordpress, is the site down?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  The site https://tapassions.com/ is not down, and WordPress.com (including the forums) are not down. Could be a WiFi or browser issue. Have you tried accessing the same with another device?

  Hello, I’m still having issues. my Dashboard is not displaying (blank screen).

  Images description – I checked the images that are located on my shopping page from (2) iPhones and iPads, the description does not display. However, I have no issues when viewing on my desktop.

  Hi there,

  Is this the page you’re referring to:

  If it is, I checked it and the rest of your site, and everything is loading correctly. I did notice, however, that your shopping page contains quite a few images. The more media you add to a single page, the longer it will take to load, especially on a mobile device. Here’s a webpage test showing you how long it takes to load every item on the page:

  For this reason, my suggestion for you is to break your shopping page down into separate pages. That will allow each single page to load much more quickly.

  EverytimeI click on mysite the page crashed. however I can go to reader, support videos and so on. This issue has been happening since Sunday.

  This is very strange I’m able to access the wp-admin for my blog without problems. This may just be a problem with your wifi. I would try to reset the router, as well as close your browser completely. Restarting your computer may help as well.
