Is the bug fixed with new blogs so i can get a new blog?

  Just would like to ask if anyone knows if the bug with new blogs is fixed yet, as i want to get a blog. I waited two days in the hope it’s sorted. If it’s not fixed, i’ll just go to the pub again. Cheers
