Is the COOKIE WIDGET enough or do we need our own PRIVACY and COOKIE info?

  According to the recent CE law, a widget about COOKIES has been added in the Italian language on my blog, but I think it is not enough: it seems that I must show my own PRIVACY POLICY and list all the COOKIE of my blog.
  Can you tell me please what exactly I have to do ? Thanks.
