Is the country Lebanon not eligible to upgrade or pay to upgrade?

  I already have an account which I want to upgrade; however when I got to the paying part; knowing that I am from Lebanon, the credit card settings did not include my country Lebanon. What am I supposed to do? I would really like to upgrade my account or else I no longer want to be a user at all.

  PayPal won’t accept payments from my country. What can I do?

  Unfortunately, there are some countries that PayPal will not accept payments from. If you have a credit or debit card registered to an address in one of those countries, you will be unable to use it to pay.

  Some options include paying with Bitcoin,
  http://support.wordpress.com/bitcoin/
  paying with a card registered to an address in a country that PayPal does accept, or having a friend or colleague in another country purchase the upgrade for you.
