Is the Dashboard My Main Administrational Panel

I just dont seem to be able to find my admin panel in the sense that I can use it to change the design on my blog. HELP HELP HELP When I go to http://www.website.com/blog/wp-login.php and then enter my username as admin and then input my password it takes me straight to my Dashboard panel. How do I get to the main administrational panel????????

That is your administration panel.
To change your theme, look on the vertical navigation panel on the left. Go to “Appearance” and select “themes” to change the design of your blog.I’m assuming http://globallyethicalblog.wordpress.com/ is your blog?
When posting in these forums it’s important to provide the link to your blog.
2. How to make your name link to your blog:
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won’t have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one.
