  is the domain mapping fee a one off cost, and can i pay it in my currency (UK)

  also, does SEO work well, or would i be better doing it another way, such as having a website on that domain and then forwarding the BLOG section only to the wordpress blog?

  the SEO of a WordPress.COM blog is good and built in – but you do need to use good practices (make Posts etc.)
