Is the geotag/add location function available on wordpress.org sites?

Is the geotag/add location function available on wordpress.org sites? I thought it would be a part of Jetpack, but could not find it within there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Geotagging isn’t available through Jetpack just yet. If you’re curious, you can see the GitHub issue for a future enhancement here:

It looks like there are quite a few plugins that can achieve this though:

Alternatively, a workaround would be to use the editor at WordPress.com. Provided you’ve connected your site through Jetpack, you can add a post at wordpress.com/post (site picker on the left-hand side if you have more than one site). Then, use the location tab on the left-hand side to select your location:
That should be added in the form of custom fields to your post when you open it on your self-hosted site:
