Is the link to getting a custom domain working?

  When I press the links to purchase a custom domain it is not taking me to the page. It wasn’t taking me to the page last night either. Is the link working?

  I ask because I purchased the domain willingtogrow.com via Namecheap with the hopes of working on my webpage under willingtogrow.wordpress.com Now that I have to pay $13 to be able to change the domain for access to wordpress I’m finding the link unusable. If you can help I would love that!
