Is the 'Misty Lake' theme mobile-friends? and what to do if not?

    I’m getting more and more feedback about my site ( http://www.divorceandrelationshiprecovery.org ) not being very mobile-friendly. Apparently there are controls somewhere that allow me to turn that on and off. but I can’t find them… and it makes me wonder whether my particular theme even HAS mobile-friendly features. Please advise. And if it doesn’t, how do I know which ones are? And how I do I know I won’t completely break my site if I try another one? Would appreciate any help I can get… I’m a very busy non-profit founder and don’t have time to study WordPress as much as I might…
