Is the Ocean Mist theme available for a non wordpress.com hosted blog?

  Hello,

  I’m in the process of transferring this blog over to a site hosted by hub web hosting and it appears that this theme isn’t an option to use for a blog hosted elswhere than wordpress.com:
  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/ocean-mist/

  I’d like to verify that this is the case before choosing and working with another theme, as this is my preferred choice. Thanks.
