Is the Post By Voice feature free?

  Hi,
  I saw this article a while ago and I have a question…

  I understood that you can phone in and an audio is posted to the blog, so you have an audio post. It doesn’t say if this feature is free or not.

  I remember reading somewhere on the help pages that in order to have audio files on the blog people need to buy some sort of upgrade…

  Is the post by voice (phoning in feature) free? Or do we need to buy an upgrade in order to use it?

  I would appreciate if anyone from the support could clarify that.
