Is the theme Twnty Twelve a Premium theme?

Hi there, I chose Twenty Twelve as a theme and was charged for a Premium theme but keep getting prompted by WordPress to upgrade to a Premium theme. Can you clarify if Twnty Twelve is a WordPress Premium theme ?

if you were charged for a theme you don’t want, you have 30 days to get a refund
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> mouse over the upgrade and click on refund
