Is there a Ban feature?

I’m having some problems with a few…lets say “parasites” who like to plague my site with disrespectful and annoying comments so i was wondering if there’s a Ban feature anywhere that i’m not seeing. I guess i could just mark them as spam but that doesn’t send as much of a message as laying the ban hammer on someone.

Under settings > discussion, toward the bottom of the page there is a “blacklist” section where you can enter their email addresses and names. IP addresses are not effective for blocking since they change depending on where the person is (wi-fi hotspots) and if they reboot their modems.
Also, you might think of turning comment moderation on (settings > discussion). That way the comments wil not end up on the blog. You can delete them before they do.
If they are not actually spam, but simply morons and jerks, then do not mark them as spam.
Moderation really is the only way to make sure you get them before they appear on the blog because they can always use a fake name, email address and website to get past the blacklist.

Thanks for suggestions but i already have moderation on. I just don’t like it when they post their garbage. I guess i’ll just ignore and delete. The black list wouldn’t work either cuz they go under different names and email addresses everytime. Thank you though!
