Is there a better way to get a questions answered?

    Hello out there..?
    I have been asking questions for the past three days. no response from Staff.
    first time on wordpress.

    Hello there,

    This is the first time you have posted to the peer support forums. Welcome. :) Bloggers are many and Staff are few. Expecting that Staff will hold the hand of every new blogger and/or respond instantly to their support requests would be unrealistic as there are thousands (tens of thousands) of us.

    What’s required is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    when we have issues that must be addressed by Staff, but those are few in number.

    This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.

    Emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does. And, we are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
