Is there a bulk PDF downloader??

Hey guys,
New to wordpress, love this system… Anyways, I have a client that sells chemicals and they are required by law to provide updated MSDS PDF’s to their clients. Is there anyway to allow the users to select from a list of 300 PDFs on the left click an add button >>>> this will move their selections to the column on the right. Then they can hit an Export / Download button and it will generate a ZIP file containing their selections…. ?
Seems pretty straight forward, but I am having difficulty finding a solution for this. Any help would be terrific, thank you all in advance,
