is there a button that can be added so non wordpress.com people can follow my blog via email updates

  I have friends who are not on wordpress. Is there a way they can subscribe to my blog without creating a wordpress account? (So that when I post they get email notification?) I don’t see a button on my page. How can I create a ‘follow me’ button?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
