Is there a command to change text colour?

  Sorry if I am being dumb here – I’ve just come from blogger and you just needed to highlight teh words you wanted and choose a colour. I can’t seem to find the / a colour palette and am wondering if there is actually one? Not sure if I’m looking in the right places…. appreciate any help. thank you!
