You can use CSS to add a heart image of your choosing as the bullet. The image should be the exact size needed, and that should be about 15px square. I would suggest one with no background color (around the heart) and then saved as a PNG file type with transparency. You would the upload the image to your media library, get the URL of that image, add the following code to your custom CSS, and replace URL OF IMAGE between the quote marks with the URL of your image.
ul { list-style-image: url('URL OF IMAGE'); }Here is an example screenshot of the list on your about page with a red square image at 15px x 15px.

You had also posted this question in the support forums and one of the volunteers gave a suggestion you may wish to try.

Yay it works first time :) thank you for all your help.
I used a website developer last time and it was hard to manage so I have started from scratch. My domain http://www.cherishandnurture.co.uk was used for the website she made (through WordPress) but I don’t no how to link my domain to this site… Can you help?
She said that she has done something so that if someone searches the domain they will be transferred to the new site but she doesn’t no how to actually link it :/

If you are wanting to have your site here appear under your herishandnurture.co.uk domain name, you can certainly do that. This support page will give you the basics of mapping your existing domain name to your site here at WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
