  Don’t keep starting new thread on the same subject. It won’t get you anywhere.

  Log out of wordpress and go to http://support.wordpress.COM/contact/ click “I don’t have a blog and then contact them that way.

  Sending emails typically will slow down response times. Using the contact form will get you an answer more quickly.
