Is there a formatting issue with subscription email alerts?

  One of our blog’s subscribers wrote to us that the email alerts that she is getting whenever we post something new are unreadable. She says they come to her email with a gray background but no text. She says that this only began recently, that previously she was able to read them. I have also noticed that the alerts sometimes have text running out of the main white box and into the gray background, where the text disappears. Have you changed something in the formatting of your subscription email alerts recently, and is there a way to format them so that we can ensure that everyone can read them?

  The script on the subscription email alerts is cut off . You can’t read the complete message. How do I solve this problem?

  Yes subscriptions are undergoing changes by Staff and there have been issues like these cropping up. I will flag this thread for Staff attention.

  If you have sent in a support ticket then Staff will reply to it by email. Also I do expect they will post responses into unresolved forum threads on the issue once it’s been fixed.

  Howdy. Could you please let us know what email program or website is being used to view the email when it looks cut off?

  Note that the emails are in tact, they aren’t blank, but a few types of email programs were not able to display them after we updated to HTML email. We fixed what we could find so far, but if you’re still having trouble then we would like to know what email program is being used. Thanks!
