Is there a good Custom T-Shirt designer solution or plugin?

Building a site for a client (https://lilpeepmerch.net) who wants to enable their audience to design custom shirts/apparel/gear. Is there a good plugin for this sort of thing anywhere? Was hoping to use printful but it appears you can only sell your existing custom designs through their api.
