Thank you for your response. My question is in regards to an upgrade that I just did ( to business) and after purchasing it, I don’t see the upgrade applied to my account. Based on your suggestion I went to the live chat support, I don’t the option where you actually chat with a support person. If you don’t mind, can you tell me where I can chat ? Again, I appreciate your prompt response.

Hey @supernovia ! Thank you for responding, I made the purchase using the same account ( I only have one). Maybe I should try once more ? I initially purchased a premium plan, which I canceled. Then I went ahead and purchased a business plan, which prompt me to go to PayPal and pay (which I did twice ). Which led me know, I’m still not seeing the upgrade.

Hi @waveylife :) On this account I see a Premium subscription that was removed, leaving just domain mapping.
Did you get a receipt from us? It may provide more clues. I can contact you via email so you can send the transaction number.
