Is there a mobile URL for wordpress.com blogs?

    I know WordPress.com is all compatible with mobile browsers of all types. I am just wondering if there is a separate URL/link which I can use to force a mobile view when the mobile view is not available? For example, on iPad (mini), the blog shows a regular theme instead of the mobile view. Is it possible to force a mobile view?
