Is there a moderator in this forum?

Is there anyone there to moderate answers?
Some users seem to be answering questions with unrelevant comments.
If one doesn’t know the answer, they should not answer.
Can we rate users in this forum or is there a way to make some answers come up first and ignore all the others ? Rate answers?
This is time consuming…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

…there are moderators, they generally pop up if a question requires a physical fix. If you’re just looking to be told where to go, then it’s up to the volunteers to tell you.
No, there’s no direct rating system. But, if someone comes in with consistently wrong or abusive answers they can be banned or shunned.

Unless you see a grey background behind user’s details to the left with the word “Staff”, “Happiness Engineer”, or “Theme Wrangler”, you are being helped by someone kind enough to volunteer their time to get to the bottom of whatever sort of issue you are having.
There is no rating system for these kind unpaid volunteers who are offering their assistance. If any answer isn’t quite what you’re looking for, I’d recommend replying and rephrasing the question, as they are clearly interested in helping you during their free time. Attacking them or suggesting that they should be rated won’t accomplish anything except scare off the folks who are trying to help you.
As long as these volunteers are not violating our Forums Code of Conduct, their help here is very much appreciated.

Sometimes the question is not clear – sometimes we ask for more info other times we give the best answer we can – many times we do both – or I will give an answer at times “do you mean?” – then give an answer
Sometimes we read the question wrong – last night a person had a question that sounded like a CSS issue – turned out it was a browser problem – they were asking about a button they could not see and missing Posts – all of us helping could see the button and all their Posts – yes it took over 20 back and fourths before I stumbled on the right question – then we gave them some better help and also marked it for the staff as the browser was not matching to the theme
Most of the questions are answered correctly and quickly – one advantage of having several people help in the forum is we check each other – and add or suggest other options as appropriate
