is there a phone number to call for support

    My wife has started a new website on hostgator and we have load wordpress into it. regarding the profile pic she is prompted to use Gravatar to set the profile pic for the site. the problem she has an old wordpress.com site the cheerful wife and when we attempt to log in using wordpress it is connecting to this old account. how do we get the gravatar account to affect the new website/blog she is creating?

    Howdy!

    When you login to Gravatar and update your profile picture it will change for both WordPress.com (here) and WordPress.org (the self hosted version). Once you make the update it can take up to 10 minutes to switch profile picture.

    The site using Hostgator is using the self hosted version of WordPress. To access this site you will need to type /wp-admin at the end of the url. That will load the login screen. Help for this site can be found in the WordPress.org forums.

    Please let me know if you have any trouble getting the profile picture updated.
